Most common

Single Tooth Replacement

One titanium implant post is placed into the jawbone, topped with a crown designed by Souad to match your surrounding teeth. The result looks, feels, and functions like a natural tooth. It also preserves the bone beneath it, which a bridge or denture doesn't.

Best for: Replacing one missing tooth without affecting neighbouring teeth

Implant-Retained Bridges

Where two or more adjacent teeth are missing, implants can anchor a fixed bridge, without touching the healthy teeth on either side. A more stable long-term option than a conventional bridge, and far more comfortable than a partial denture.

Best for: Replacing several adjacent missing teeth with a fixed, permanent result

Implant Dentures

A full or partial denture secured to implant posts, so it stays firmly in place: no adhesives, no movement when you eat or speak. Implant dentures give you the stability and confidence of fixed teeth, with a more accessible cost than a full arch restoration.

Best for: Patients with multiple missing teeth who want a more secure alternative to traditional dentures

All-on-4 / All-on-6

A full arch of teeth, upper or lower, supported by four or six strategically placed implants. A fixed, permanent result that replaces every tooth in an arch without requiring an implant for each one. Planned in detail by Guy and Souad together before any surgery begins.

Best for: Patients missing all or most teeth in an arch who want a fixed, long-lasting result

Before we place anything, we look at why you lost the tooth in the first place.

Most practices treat the gap. We treat the mouth.

The bacteria responsible for gum disease and tooth loss don't disappear on their own. If they're still present when an implant is placed, they will attack it the same way they attacked your natural teeth. It's one of the most common reasons implants fail. It's also entirely avoidable.

The Cotteswold House Way starts with your foundations: your gum health, your bone, your body's ability to heal. We address what's there before we add what's missing. Only when the environment is right do we begin to rebuild.

The result is an implant that has every reason to last.

Safe Predictable Long-lasting

Thorough assessment

We assess the full picture: gum health, bone levels, bite, and any existing disease. Not just the gap you want filling. Problems we find here change the treatment plan. That's the point.

Stabilise before we treat

If gum disease or harmful bacteria are present, we treat them first. An implant placed into an unhealthy mouth is an implant under threat from day one. We don't take that risk with your treatment or your money.

Prepare the site properly

Where bone volume has reduced (which is common after a tooth has been missing for some time), we'll advise on bone grafting or other preparation if it's needed to give your implant the best possible foundation.

Plan, then place

Once your mouth is healthy and your case is fully mapped, digitally, by both Guy and Souad, placement goes ahead with confidence. Nothing is rushed. Everything is ready.

The titanium implant is placed into your jawbone. Sedation is available for nervous patients or longer treatments.

Once healed, your beautiful new permanent tooth or teeth are fitted: natural-looking, durable, and designed to last a lifetime.

At Cotteswold House, we do it differently.

Your implant is planned by Souad Maddi, a cosmetic and complex restorative dentist whose focus is the crown, the bite, and the long-term aesthetic outcome. The placement is carried out by Guy Bailey, an implant surgeon who has been placing implants since 2014, trained across the UK, Ireland, and Switzerland, and is a member of the International Team for Implantology.

They work together from day one. That means the final result is built into the plan before a single incision is made.

It's a more considered approach. More thorough than a single clinician working alone. And it produces better outcomes. That's the Cotteswold House Way.

The crown is designed before the implant is placed

Souad designs the final restoration first, so Guy's placement serves the crown, not the other way around. That precision at the planning stage is what produces a result that looks natural and lasts.

Digital planning before any surgery

Using 3D imaging and digital scans, Guy and Souad map the exact position, angle, and depth of each implant before treatment begins. No guesswork. A restoration that fits the first time.

Two disciplines checking each other's work

Guy asks: is this placement precise, stable, and safe? Souad asks: does this foundation produce a crown that looks right, functions correctly, and will still be performing in 15 years? Both questions get answered before you sit in the chair.

Guy graduated in Medicine from University College London in 2004 before completing the renowned three-year dental programme for medical graduates at King's College London. He has undergone implant training in the UK, Ireland, and Switzerland, and has been placing implants since 2014. In 2018, Guy was awarded the Diploma in Dental Implantology from the University of Bristol and is a certified IV sedationist, making treatment as relaxed as possible for nervous patients.

Souad approaches your case from the restorative end: what your crown should look like, how your bite needs to work, what the long-term picture is. Guy approaches from the surgical end: placement precision, bone quality, timing, sedation where needed.

Dental implants at Cotteswold House start from £3,995. The final cost depends on your individual case: the number of implants, any preparatory work required, and the complexity of the restoration planned by Souad.

Before any treatment begins, a full clinical assessment including scans and X-rays is £100. This gives Guy and Souad the complete picture of your bone levels, gum health, and bite before making any recommendations.

If you do proceed, we offer 0% finance over 3 to 24 months to spread the cost interest-free. Longer finance terms of up to five years are also available if you need more time, though these carry interest. We'll talk through all the options at your consultation.

Not necessarily. While implants offer significant advantages, bridges and dentures are excellent solutions for many patients. The best option depends on your individual circumstances: bone health, remaining teeth, budget, and lifestyle all factor in.

You'll receive local anaesthetic for the procedure. For nervous patients or longer treatments, Guy also offers IV sedation: you remain conscious but in a deeply relaxed state, and most patients remember very little of the procedure.

We have effective alternatives at a range of price points: bridges, dentures, and composite bonding can all produce excellent results. We also offer 0% finance to help spread the cost of treatment over time. We'll always make sure you know all your options.

Usually, yes. Even where bone volume has reduced over time, options like bone grafting may make implants possible. We'll assess this thoroughly at your consultation and be honest about what's achievable in your case.
